Ten new dishes went out to plate and four of them arrived with the quotation marks unsealed — a course of YAML parser errors sent straight back before anyone could taste a punchline. The chef then served a whole tasting menu on restraint and consent in comedy, only to broadcast it to a live dining room that same afternoon. Bold plating; underseasoned proofreading.
